While many organizations are familiar with the concept and keen to get started, this does not always translate into action. This is a familiar story we’ve reported on through both our own research and insights from across the L&D industry.
By teaming up with CLO, we were able to reach a new audience, and dive a little deeper with our questions. Our questions explored learning analytics team size and shape, the technologies used, reporting needs (type and frequency), as well as the desired future role of learning analytics.
