Watershed's COVID-19 Continuity Plan

As COVID-19 (the coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, I want to update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers around the world.

Based on guidance from the World Health Organization, we have augmented our Business Continuity Plan with specific steps to account for COVID-19, and are in the process of conducting Group-wide tests of our COVID-19 initiatives.

As part of the Learning Technologies Group (LTG), you can rest assured that Watershed's platform will not be impacted. As the situation continues to develop, we are asking employees in select locations to work from home as a precaution.

We are prepared for this scenario extending to all employees as part of our business continuity planning, and we are equipped to maintain the high-quality service you have come to expect from us. Our client service team is here to assist you as always.

We anticipate that our clients may actually have increased usage of our software and platforms at this time—we are prepared and monitoring for that requirement.

The health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners are paramount. We have an LTG COVID-19 committee in place and we are basing all decisions on guidance from the World Health Organization.

As such, we have suspended employee flights, both international and domestic. In addition, given that many of our customers have implemented similar travel policies, we are instructing employees to use technology and conduct internal and external meetings virtually as much as possible.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. We are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring you continue to receive the highest quality service without disruption. Thank you for your continued trust in Watershed.
