The story of the “Haves” and “Have-Nots”: survey results, analysis, and tips to move you along your measurement journey
Our "Measuring the Business Impact of Learning" report takes a wide view of learning measurement habits among global learning leaders. Every year, we analyze the responses we receive on a diverse set of questions and offer practical advice for those on the front lines of learning measurement.
Teaming up with our colleagues and strategy experts LEO Learning, our survey is building a picture over time, thanks to contributions from more than 2,300 learning professionals to date. This year, we added some new questions to the mix—we wanted to understand more about L&D’s analytics capabilities and budgets. The results were fascinating.
How do opinions on intent to measure, executive pressure, COVID-19 strategy, and our other questions change when budget and resources are available to L&D professionals?
