Me Filter, Dashboard Videos, & Hiding Average Bars [NEW]

Our latest Watershed updates include the ability to have a dynamic “Me” filter on reports, add videos to the Metric Report, and hide the Average Bar on Range Reports.

Me Filter

With Report Builder and Quick Filters, users can create reports that are filtered to a specific person or group of people. With the new Me Filter option, users can now create reports that always show their own data. This is a great way to set up a personal learning dashboard so anyone who accesses Watershed can have a quick view into his or her personal data—even if they’re able to see many other people’s data.

Watershed Me FilterCreate a report that filters based on the “Logged-In User” so the report only filters based on the person who is looking at it.

Use the Me Quick Filter to filter a report or dashboard to only look at the person using the Quick Filter. This way, you can create a dashboard that monitors performance of a team, and users can quickly isolate their own data by using the Quick Filter.

Watershed Me Quick FilterWhen a person uses the Me Quick Filter, the report or dashboard they are looking at will filter down to only looking at themselves.

Videos in the Metric Report

You can now use the Metric Report to integrate video directly into your dashboards. Use videos to help tell a story with your data or instruct dashboard viewers on how they can use data, such as a quick walkthrough of your dashboards. You can even bring in the same videos you’re tracking via Watershed!

Hide Average Bar on Range Reports

The Range Report visualizes change between measure values. It’s perfect to view change of performance measures before and after training. By default, the Average Bar on the Range Report shows the change between the average values of each measure on the report.

And now you can easily hide the Average Bar on Range Reports as needed.
